The Drop MTB offers a 30 day return period from the time of purchase on all new items.  All regular and sale priced items in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them are eligible for refund, unless mark as nonrefundable.  Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, we'll issue a refund back to your credit card or your original form of payment and send you a confirmation email.  For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges

To process an exchange, begin the return process as described above for the item(s) you want to return and purchase the correct item(s) that you want.  This allows us to get your new item(s) shipped out right away, while the return item(s) are still in transit.  Once your return item(s) have been received, inspected and approved, we'll issue a refund back to your credit card or your original form of payment and send you an email confirmation.  For standard returns/exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
